Business Analyst // Online // Customer Journey // User Experience
For a large financial enterprise, we are looking for a Business Analyst that would make a positive impact on the customer experience. You will be a part of a project aiming to migrate to a new business platform and simultaneously keep the current production environment running.
- Translating business related questions and challenges into functional and technical solutions.
- Support and guide the squads and product owners with these renewing solutions and contribute to the implementation of the new business platform.
- Optimize the online presence and give our customers excellent experience.
- Challenge and coach team members
- Completed a bachelor or master’s degree in computer sciences, Communication, Business IT or similar;
- 3-5 years’ experience in translating business and end-user interests to IT solutions;
- Experience with User Experience projects and customer journeys;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (both verbal and written)
- Strong business analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills;
- You should be able to explain technical scenarios to a non-technical product owners
- Knowledge and experience in working agile, scrum and information management methods;
